Services

I provide legal advice and support in civil, commercial and real estate matters, with the option of using mediation when it makes sense to look for agreements before going to court.

Below you will find some examples of the types of situations I can help you with, but this is not a closed list: if your case does not fit exactly here, you can still write to me and we will look at it together.

Real Estate

In real estate matters, I support you in decisions and disputes related to property, for example:

  • Purchase and sale of residential, commercial or investment property (deposit agreements, contracts, deeds).
  • Buy‑to‑let or investment transactions.
  • Urban leases and disputes between landlords and tenants.
  • Eviction proceedings.

As well as other issues that may arise in relation to the ownership and use of property.

Civil and Family Matters

In civil and family matters, I work with many different types of conflicts and personal decisions. Some examples are:

  • Claims for payment and breaches of private contracts.
  • Residential and commercial leases: non‑payment, termination, questions about contract clauses
  • Separations and divorces, with a focus on dialogue and negotiated solutions.
  • Inheritances and distribution of assets, disagreements between heirs.

And other civil matters that may arise around your personal or property relationships.

Commercial and Business

In commercial matters, I can help you with different situations that affect your professional or business activity, for example:

  • Service, distribution or collaboration agreements.
  • Relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Shareholders’ agreements or disagreements about how the business is being managed.
  • Breaches of contract or doubts before signing an agreement.

And, in general, other issues related to commercial contracts and business relationships.

Mediation

When the situation allows it, I offer mediation in civil, commercial and real estate disputes. It is an option for those who want to try to reach an agreement before going to court: sitting down to talk, structuring the problem and looking for solutions that both parties can accept, and then putting the agreement in writing in a clear and legally secure way.

If your case does not fit exactly into these examples, that is not a problem. You do not need to put a “legal label” on it: you can simply explain your situation to me and I will honestly tell you whether I can help you or whether it would be better to refer you to another professional.
