Who I am
I am a lawyer specialized in civil, commercial and real estate law, with more than twenty years of experience leading legal departments and advising individuals, companies and investors in the financial and real estate sectors.
I hold a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and I am currently a member of the Bar Associations of Barcelona and Málaga. I have specific training in real estate law, data protection, mediation and project management. I work in Spanish and English and regularly assist international clients.

Lawyer and registered mediator
In addition to being a lawyer, I am a trained and registered civil, commercial and family mediator. This allows me to offer, whenever it makes sense, a more dialogue‑based route to seek agreements before going to court, taking care both of the relationship between the parties and of the legal certainty of what is signed.
Very often, the best solution is not to fight to the very end, but to talk in time. Mediation makes it possible to sit down with the other party, clarify what is really worrying each side and try to reach an agreement before starting court proceedings. As a registered mediator, I can guide you through that process so that, if an agreement is reached, it is clear, balanced and legally sound
What it is like to work with me
I like to work in a structured and approachable way: first I listen carefully to what is worrying you and review the documentation; then I explain the alternatives, with their pros and cons, without unnecessary legal jargon; and if we decide to move forward, we agree on a strategy and clear fees from the outset. I prefer you to have all the information so that you can calmly decide which course of action is best for you.
International approach
My native language is Spanish and I am fluent in English, with basic working knowledge of French. This allows me to work comfortably with international clients and teams, handle documentation in different languages and coordinate matters involving professionals from several countries.
I am used to explaining Spanish law to people who do not have a legal background and are unfamiliar with our legal system, adapting the language and level of detail to each person so that everyone understands what is being done and why..
